Job Description
TOPS is looking for an Implementation Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage a team of implementation specialists that are responsible for the implementations of our TOPS One and NABR software systems, the industry’s best community association management software solution. You’ll manage implementation consultants, technical resources, and content configuration resources. You’ll ensure implementations are completed on time and with the right resourcing. You’ll help with scoping projects and may be involved with pre-sales activities.In this role, you’ll primarily be supporting your team and will do implementation work yourself as needed. You’ll be managing resources, helping the team decide who is going to get what and helping to identify priorities and strategies. We have lots of opportunity to add structure for this team, so you’ll be working to develop processes and increase automation, with support from your Director and Department VP. You’ll also be escalation for any client needs or issues.This is a full-time, salaried position with a preference for Clearwater, FL, Dallas, Knoxville, Atlanta or Greenville. Remote work available for the right candidate.
