Overview
This role is responsible for the administration, implementation, configuration, and optimization of revenue systems and platforms (HubSpot main platform) by analyzing complex business problems and developing automated solutions. Focusing on technical design, technical implementation, process improvements, and training support, this position ensures systems and platforms that support the Go-To-Market Revenue team are effectively implemented and maintained to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
- Primary Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical support expert on the Revenue Operations Team (Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations), assisting in the delivery of technical solutions as the Go-To-Market business and tooling needs continuously evolve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical resource, collaborating across multiple functional areas from conception to implementation of CRM business systems changes.
- Lead Implementation Efforts: Lead efforts in implementation, configuration, and optimization of systems, identifying gaps and providing technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications. Scale systems, processes, and procedures accordingly.
- Custom Solutions: Work directly with the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user needs to customize and create solutions that support overall business strategies, including creating custom fields, workflows, and automations. Translate business requirements into detailed technical system requirements.
- Process Optimization: Work directly with the GTM team in designing and optimizing HubSpot Sales CRM processes and sales management processes, including the customer lifecycle within HubSpot and all associated GTM stack tools.
- Documentation: Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and assist in the creation of system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
- Data Management: Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of related efforts.
- Training & Support:Provide our Sales Enablement team support in training users across the organization to ensure proficient and effective use of system capabilities.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about new features and updates to HubSpot and evaluate their potential impact on operations and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field (or international equivalent), or equivalent experience is required.
- HubSpot certification (e.g., HubSpot Certified Administrator, HubSpot Certified Marketing Software, etc.) is required.
- Advanced HubSpot technical acumen with a solid understanding of a platform's capabilities and limitations.
- Proficient in managing technical integrations of industry-related Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance tools and their related technical skills (e.g., Zapier, Gong, ChurnZero, Mosaic, Zoom, PandaDoc, Microsoft PowerBI etc.).
- Strong industry knowledge with an understanding of best practices and processes related to the configuration, deployment, integration, management, and maintenance of systems and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects and/or programs of increasing complexity, ensuring deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- Highly skilled in analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, analyze costs and benefits, evaluate options, and implement solutions while managing resources appropriately.
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience is preferred.
