TOPS is looking for a Revenue Operations and Enablement Manager to join our team!In this dual role, you will use data to proactively create processes, education, and tools for our sales team that will drive increased revenue growth.You will strategically identify opportunities to improve operations across sales and marketing while working on a tactical level, putting the systems and tools in place to accurately measure the entire sales process. Our sales and marketing teams are high energy and collaborative and will value your partnership and insight.This full-time salaried is remote eligible, with preference for applicants in Knoxville, TN and Clearwater, FL.
