What You’ll Accomplish

Open and inspect returned mail to determine the cause of the return.
Update customer account information based on the findings (e.g. correct address, note returned mail status).
Document and report patterns of returned mail to identify potential issues in mailing process.

Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
