Join a Great Team! Homeside Properties, an Associa Company, and Associa OnCall, are now hiring a Residential Maintenance Technician/Repair & Installation to service residential neighborhood association clients in the Alpharetta, GA and surrounding metro Atlanta area.

This is a full-time hourly paid position that comes with competitive compensation based on experience, a full benefits package including medical, vision and dental programs, insurance options, paid time off, a 401k option, and much more.

Salary Range: $21/Hr. - $28/Hr. Based on experience.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Report to the Alpharetta location to receive daily tasks and assigned company vehicle. A company vehicle is provided to each technician. Travel to multiple locations each day is required.
  • Work responsibilities will include maintenance duties involving carpentry, painting, handy plumbing, handy electrical repairs, and incidental cleaning to guarantee that the residence/building is properly and safely maintained.
  • Interact with homeowners, board members and property managers via email, phone and in person.
  • Typical repairs may include light fixtures, fans, locks, door frames/ trim, sheetrock, drains, faucets, toilets, concrete, fencing, siding, gutters, downspouts, and signage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must have 3 - 5 years of directly related or closely related building or property maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation,safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and enjoy being part of a team.
