Action seeks a Full-Time Residential Access Control Concierge for our Marquee Park Place association located in Irvine, CA.

Job Summary

The purpose of a Residential Access Control Concierge is to provide a constant security presence inside of the gatehouse and respond as necessary to the needs of the property. Residential Access Control Concierges are responsible for ensuring that access is controlled, the HOA’s rules are being followed and the property is well maintained. Must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing people who have approached the gatehouse.

Compensation: $19 to $20 per hour

Schedule

Saturday - Sunday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Monday - Wednesday: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Who You Are (Skills/Experience)

1 year of customer service

1 year of security experience

Preferably in hospitality or luxury property management.

Polished and professional appearance and demeanor

Strong verbal and written communication

Strong critical thinking skills. Must be solutions-oriented

High attention to detail

Personable and capable of building a strong rapport with residents and guests

Team player

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
