We currently have a part-time Resident Services Coordinator position located at Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale, AZ!

The Resident Services Coordinator provides office assistance, membership support and clerical administration for the Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons. This position is multi-faceted and supports the site management team in a variety of duties including ensuring all callers, visitors and residents are greeted in a friendly and informative manner.

Pay Range is $19.00 - $21.00/Hourly - Apply today!

Essential Duties

• Answer incoming calls, provide relevant information, and direct calls appropriately noting accurate messages, and directing them to an appropriate team member.
• Operate and maintain office equipment to include printers, fax, copier, scanner, telephone, and internet services.
• Receive, prepare and deliver as required, all mail, packages and dry cleaning.
• Assist owners with coordinating resident-hosted events and updating the Association’s website calendar.
• Assist in updating, proofreading, and drafting a variety of association documents, including maintenance work orders.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Experience in homeowner association operations and/or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must have excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible.
• Be a self-starter who is organized and efficient in conducting your work with the ability to multi-task.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Must have a consistent and stable means of transportation to and from work.
• Should have a flexible schedule and the ability to work after-hours and on weekends at Community Events.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
