Action Property Management, the leader in property management, is seeking a part time (Weekend Overnight) Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at our luxury association, 8899 Beverly, located in West Hollywood.

 

Compensation: $24 per hour

 

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 10m - 6:30am; additional varied dates

Job Summary:

 

Facilitate resident services including coordinating resident moves, and resident common area reservations. Maintains building access system. Assists Residents with general questions regarding account information and maintenance requests, and provides information to Residents regarding Association policies and procedures. Prepares and distributes regular Management communications to the front desk staff and to Residents. Assists Manager Assistant and General Manager with tasks as needed. Fills in for the Manager Assistant when needed.

 

Requirements:

 

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, luxury property management, luxury retail, or fine dining is preferred. Hospitality Management college students and graduates will be considered in lieu of experience.
  • Must have open and flexible work availability
  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Upbeat and positive team player attitude
  • Strong judgment, and solutions-oriented problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and engaging customer service approach
