Job Description

TheResident Services Coordinator will assist the Onsite Community Association Manager with all administrative work and code enforcement.

This is a part time job, working 24 hours a week, with a flexible schedule.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet homeowners, residents, members of the board of directors, and committee members.
  • Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.
  • Create and send out communications to homeowners via mass email and flyers. Notify homeowners of community events, maintenance onsite, and HOA Rules and Regulations.
  • Walk and inspect the community to ensure HOA Rules and Regulations are followed. Investigate complaints.
  • Notate observations, document, and take photos of any HOA Violations that occur.
  • Send out HOA violation letters to homeowners. Create weekly violation reports and submit to the board.
  • Assist homeowners in completed architectural review forms and submit to the board. Communicate decision to homeowners.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance vendors onsite. Greet and assist vendors onsite.
  • Receive and issue packages to homeowners.
  • Issue and track parking passes, pool passes, and key fobs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office administrative experience.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Well versed in MS Officer products.
  • Proactive, takes initiative, reliable and dependable.
  • Equipped with conflict resolution techniques.
