TheResident Services Coordinator will assist the Onsite Community Association Manager with all administrative work and code enforcement.
This is a part time job, working 24 hours a week, with a flexible schedule.

TheResident Services Coordinator will assist the Onsite Community Association Manager with all administrative work and code enforcement.
This is a part time job, working 24 hours a week, with a flexible schedule.
Daily responsibilities:
- Meet and greet homeowners, residents, members of the board of directors, and committee members.
- Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.
- Create and send out communications to homeowners via mass email and flyers. Notify homeowners of community events, maintenance onsite, and HOA Rules and Regulations.
- Walk and inspect the community to ensure HOA Rules and Regulations are followed. Investigate complaints.
- Notate observations, document, and take photos of any HOA Violations that occur.
- Send out HOA violation letters to homeowners. Create weekly violation reports and submit to the board.
- Assist homeowners in completed architectural review forms and submit to the board. Communicate decision to homeowners.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance vendors onsite. Greet and assist vendors onsite.
- Receive and issue packages to homeowners.
- Issue and track parking passes, pool passes, and key fobs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of office administrative experience.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Well versed in MS Officer products.
- Proactive, takes initiative, reliable and dependable.
- Equipped with conflict resolution techniques.
