The Resident Services Coordinator will maintain a high degree of customer service in all resident inquiries and interactions, answer a high volume of phone calls and emails, and provide general information while growing their administrative, communication, and customer service skills. What You’ll Accomplish Serving as the Ambassador of First Impressions by welcoming residents, answering questions, and disseminating information Providing confidential administrative support, office assistance, and other clerical needs using a variety of office equipment, software, and tools Opening, logging, and appropriately distributing all incoming mail and deliveries Preparing outgoing mail and packages Receiving resident phone calls / emails and responding within 24 hours Acquiring an understanding of governing documents and community design guidelines Assisting in the preparation of violation notices, correspondence, and follow-up Learning SmartWebs software to assist with design review applications Keeping inventory and ordering supplies as needed Monitoring current membership for web-based correspondence and editing as needed Performing additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Ability to maintain confidentiality of closed session material and personnel matters Professional and adaptable with strong time management and organizational skills Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient with excellent problem-solving skills A strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and have high attention to detail Excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and attend and community events as required What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Wellness program Flexible Spending Accounts Company-matching 401k contributions Paid vacation, holiday, and volunteer time Company-paid Short-term Disability Optional Long-term Disability Employee assistance program Professional education assistance Pet Insurance Perhaps most importantly, a service-oriented team who is dedicated to your success!
