Job Description
Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a Full-Time Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at our luxury association, Aloft on Cortez Hill, in San Diego, CA. Compensation: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Summary:
Facilitates resident common area reservations. Maintains community access system. Assists residents with general questions regarding account information and maintenance requests, and provides information to residents regarding Association policies and procedures. Prepares and distributes regular management communications to the Community Manager and to residents. Assists Community Manager with tasks as needed. Fills in for the Community Manager in his/her absence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners on an appointment basis or during scheduled office hours.
- Accepts architectural applications from residents, submits architectural applications to manager assistants team, tracks approvals and denials, and performs/logs routine inspections.
- Facilitates community rental of common area space as needed.
- Responsible for obtaining fully executed reservation agreements, coordinating additional staff (access control, valet and/or janitorial, etc.) at least one week in advance of the event as well as ensuring that all online calendars are updated regularly.
- Attend corporate training sessions as needed.
- Creates and administers the common area reservation calendar, and processes resident reservation applications.
- Documents all on-site issues, generate work order and submit to vendor. Walk the property at a minimum of twice per day for any work orders, violations and tests community equipment.
- Resident Registration: Maintains all resident registration forms such as access control, bike, storage, and pets. Issues decals if necessary and tracks all information in a spreadsheet. Maintains all registration information.
- Maintains building access system. Open, update and/or close work orders for on-site maintenance work. Upload on-site work orders to the Management App as necessary.
- Performs daily community inspections throughout the community. Places work orders as necessary. Send violations observed or reported to the Manager Assistants team for processing.
- Acts as Management liaison to and assists residents as needed. Prepares bulletin board postings. Sends e-blasts to residents as requested by Community Manager.
- Attends events as required, such as kids' movie night and food truck events, as needed.
- Coordinates all HOA events
