Job Description
Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Tues - Sat (8:30 am – 5:30 pm), willing to work after hour events & holidays
Responsibilities
Coordinate amenity reservations to include:
❖ Treatment or massage rooms for resident appointments.
- Confirm room availability. Add appointment to calendar.
- Obtain the massage or treatment professional’s license and insurance prior to the
appointment.
- Communicate with the amenity attendant on shift regarding the appointment and
items needed in the rooms. Exp. towels, towel warmer, water, etc.
- Inspect room post event and report items in need of attention.
❖ Club lounge, card room, theater room, grills, etc., for resident parties with more than 5 guests.
- Confirm room availability. Add appointment to calendar.
- Obtain vendor (caterer, DJ) license and insurance prior to the event.
- Obtain security deposit & cleaning fee.
- Communicate with amenity attendant, valet, OPS and management regarding the
event and items/room set-up needed.
- Inspect room post event and report items in need of attention to include clean-up.
❖ Schedule and coordinate special events (on-site and off-site) such as association parties,
beauty events, yoga classes, water aerobics, lunches.
❖ Assist association clubs with event set-up, break-down and other items as needed.
❖ Assists front desk as needed.
❖ Answer questions about services and amenities and guide residents to the specific amenity. Provide resident tours as needed.
❖ Supply residents with information about pre-screened vendors to include dog walkers,
personal trainers, car detailers, etc.
❖ Collect information for local events, Boca Raton “happenings” and Alina-specific discounts/promotions to be published on the association website/newsletter.
❖ Anticipate and accommodate resident & guest needs and provide an exceptional guest experience.
❖ Collect mail with written resident authorization and forward the mail on their behalf via FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.
❖ Issue and duplicate mail keys as needed.
❖ Understand the rules and regulations of the association to quickly answer questions residents may have.
Qualifications
❖ Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are
essential.
❖ Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued.
❖ Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
❖ Willing to work irregular shifts, weekends, and special events.
❖ Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
