Action is seeking a Full-Time Resident Services Coordinator to join our team for our luxury condominium 41 West in Bankers Hill, San Diego.

Summary

Facilitates resident common area reservations. Maintains community access system. Assists residents with general questions regarding account information and maintenance requests and provides information to residents regarding Association policies and procedures. Prepares and distributes regular management communications to Community Manager and to residents. Assists Community Manager with tasks as needed. Fills in for the Community Manager in his/her absence.

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

  • Facilitate Resident Move In and Move Out including processing of resident application, fee and deposit, scheduling of necessary vendors, performing pre-inspection and post-inspection, updating building access system. Responsible for ensuring that all of the steps on the “Move-In Checklist” are completed.
  • Creates and administers the common area reservation calendar and processes resident reservation applications.
  • Monitors all onsite services (package delivery, etc.) and promotes services to residents.
  • Resident Registration: Maintains all resident registration forms (bike, pet, etc), issues decals if necessary and tracks all information in a spreadsheet. Maintains all registration information.
  • Maintains building access system. Places work orders as necessary.
  • Performs regular walks through the property. Places work orders as necessary.
  • Acts as Management liaison to and assists Residents as needed. Prepares bulletin board postings. Sends e-blasts to Residents as requested by Community Manager.
  • Fills in for and assists the Community Manager as needed. Assists Community Manager with administrative support and coordination of vendors on-site.

Who You Are (Skills/Experience)

  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer, Office Suite and Outlook experience.
  • Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
  • Strong judgment and solutions-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Proactive customer service approach.
  • Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired. Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.

$22 - $24 an hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
