Description

Arizona Traditions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Resident Services Coordinator.

Located in Surprise, Arizona, Arizona Traditions is a 55+, guard-gated active adult community of 1,768 homes. The community has three community centers, a softball field, tennis and pickleball courts, and an 18-hole golf course that winds through the community.

Responsible for providing personalized customer service at an on-site community by serving as reception and first point of contact for homeowners, visitors, vendors and inbound callers requiring information and/or assistance; and by facilitating various services to enhance the lifestyle experience of community residents.

Position Responsibilities

  • Partners with Community Manager & Lifestyle Coordinator to effectively manage the front reception operations.
  • Greets all homeowners and guests and filters all inbound calls to determine immediate needs and execute appropriate assistance.
  • Retrieves and distributes all voice mails left with front reception.
  • Monitors pickups/deliveries.
  • Accepts and records on membership accounts payments for guest fees, fitness passes, and tickets for various lifestyle-sponsored activities and events; issues membership, guest and fitness pass cards; and reconciles all revenue collected during shift for proper accounting.
  • Assists with resident events and lifestyle programming, including light duty set-up and tear down, sign-in procedures, and serving alcohol during Association-sponsored happy hours and lifestyle events.
  • Performs other clerical, cleaning, administrative and lifestyle-related duties as directed.

  • Ability to multitask while staying focused and detail oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Ability to proficiently utilize computer programs and database systems, including Microsoft Office, internet and e-mail systems.
  • Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with residents and staff at all levels.
  • Ability to deal with customer service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team player with ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with other departments.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Primarily sitting at workstation utilizing a computer in an office setting.
  • Occasional bending; lifting of objects (up to 15 pounds).
