Job Description
As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and point of contact for residents and guests of our prestigious residential community. You will play a crucial role in providing personalized assistance and ensuring a seamless living experience for all residents. This position reports directly to the Property Manger and requires excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) communication and organizational skills.

As a Resident Services Coordinator, you are the representative of the community and our company, making a significant impact through:
- Greeting residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and service bookings.
- Coordinate resident events and community activities.
- Maintain the lobby area and ensure it is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Manger incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries.
- Monitor visit access and maintain security awareness.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and services.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident concerns.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local amenities and attractions is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
