Compensation: $27.00 Per Hour


Schedule: 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM; Tuesday- Saturday

Job Summary:

The Resident Experiences Coordinator is responsible for setting up incoming residents for success, including move-ins, networking events, and community involvement. The Resident Experiences Coordinator is responsible in keeping residents and owners updated with relevant building information. This position works with all Management Office team members to present a unified team and respect-based environment. The Resident Experiences Coordinator shall act as a liaison between residents and the Management Office, ensuring residents maintain a positive and helpful opinion of the community and staff.
This position is responsible for planning and executing resident events, maintaining the outlined events budget, completing move-in orientations, and creating resident newsletters and postings.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

Events Management:
Plan and execute resident events and activities throughout the year.
Develop and forecast budgetary guidelines for proposed events and costs for the Board’s consideration.
Block off Club Lounge and other amenity spaces for holidays and resident events as appropriate.
Manage Club Lounge Lottery Reservation system for high-demand dates.
Organize holiday décor in lobbies and courtyard for the holiday season.
Manage the Employee Retention budget and recognize employees on birthdays, and anniversaries, with the assistance of AGM or Front Desk Manager.
Plan employee appreciation events such as luncheons, afternoon breaks, and the Annual Team Event.
Management Office Assistance:
Assist residents with requests as needed in the management office.
Create weekly newsletters, elevator announcements, and resident signage as needed to communicate activities and events.
Maintain and curate a recommended vendor list for resident use.
Maintain a calendar for residents.
Send special notices to residents as needed.
Perform new resident orientation for every new resident.
Create and curate welcome materials and packages for new owners and tenants.
Oversee move-ins and move-outs for new residents from start to end.


General Office Duties:
Assist walk-in Residents’ requests with the following:
Supplies purchasing.
Creation of Incident Reports and Work Orders as needed.
Answering phones and directing to the correct person if unable to satisfy the caller.
Emergency Keytrak or Unit access coordination.
Assist with coverage of other office roles as needed


Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, luxury property management, luxury retail, or fine dining is preferred.
Must have open and flexible work availability.
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
Strong judgment, and solutions-oriented problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and engaging customer service approach.
