Are you passionate about creating vibrant communities and enhancing residents' quality of life? We are seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Director to spearhead social activities for our association and residents. Join our team and make a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a variety of social events and activities to enrich residents' lifestyles
• Collaborate closely with committees, clubs, and other groups to ensure activities cater to residents' interests
• Develop, schedule, and coordinate ongoing events, with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends
• Plan special events, parties, programs, day trips, and performances by engaging residents and handling logistics
• Publicize events through various channels and maintain an up-to-date calendar for easy reference
• Manage Association social activity accounts, financial reports, and room setups for events
• Regularly communicate with the Manager/Lifestyle Supervisor, and participate in social committee meetings
• Assist in maintaining community calendars, collaborating with the community manager and supporting new homeowners
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and helpful demeanor
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional attire suitable for an informal business environment
