Responsibilities

• Social Events and Programs: Develop and coordinate a wide range of social events and programs for our community residents. These activities will help foster a sense of community and enhance the overall lifestyle experience.
• Community Activities: Plan and organize various community activities to engage residents and promote a vibrant neighborhood. These activities may include workshops, fitness classes, educational seminars, and more.
• Newsletter and Flyer Preparation: Maintain the timely production and distribution of newsletters and flyers. These communication materials will serve as a valuable resource for residents, providing updates on upcoming events and important community news.
• Clubhouse Facilities: Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the clubhouse facilities. This will involve overseeing regular maintenance tasks and coordinating repairs as necessary.
• Daily Operations: Provide support to the Community Manager by assisting with daily operational tasks. This may include administrative duties, resident inquiries, and other ad hoc responsibilities.
• Event Planning and Management: Take charge of setting up and attending weekend and evening events, ensuring the timely arrival of caterers and entertainment. Your organizational skills will play a crucial role in the smooth execution of these events.
