Job Description
FirstService Residential is looking for a Marketing Research Coordinator to join our Manhattan-based team! Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage data mining efforts in accordance with lead generation strategy
- Enters + distributes leads from all internal/external sources via Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Maintains CRM database integrity by updating account, lead, and opportunity records on a regular basis.
- Identify and correct bad data in the customer database
- Maintains prospect list, broken down by lead source, manager, or other identifiers
- Track website RFPs + web form results against CRM to ensure quality and volume of leads is sufficient
- Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet deadlines
Knowledge, Skills and Proficiencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of sales support and/or operations experience, preferably in a service field
- Ability to quickly and accurately retrieve customer information in company computer systems.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively, handle multiple high priority projects concurrently and react quickly to shifting priorities.
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrates good client interaction.
- Must be goal minded and possess a self-starting drive to get the job done.
- Excellent problem solver; demonstrates ability to use creative alternatives.
- Strong ethical practices.
- Experience working with CRM platforms preferred. (Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus)
