About the job

The Resale Disclosure Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Resale Disclosure Team, including planning, organizing, and managing the work of the Resale Disclosure Team, and facilitating the execution of all related duties.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Oversee the work of the Resale Disclosure Team and serve as backup to ensure timely and accurate processing of all resale, the completion of real estate closings and the deposit of the associated payments
  • Enhance client satisfaction through the timely and efficient processing of real estate closings, including the timely return of completed real estate closings to the community
  • Manage escalated phone calls or email requests from internal departments, title companies, or onsite teams
  • Update CCMC fees on closing instructions and closing cost summaries congruent with contract changes and disseminate to the AR team for distribution builders and onsite teams
  • Manage requests from team members for the waiver or adjustment of fees in HomeWiseDocs
  • Communicate with HomeWiseDocs regarding contractual changes to ensure accuracy of disclosures.
  • Provide training for new team members and ongoing training to existing team
  • Enhance processes to maximize efficiency
  • Track performance metrics of the Resale Disclosure team and identify areas of opportunity
  • Additional duties or job functions may be required as necessary

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in accounting, accounts receivable or related field
  • Excellent customer service, positive attitude, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills; advanced skill level preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of CCMC policies and procedures.
  • Strong computer skills in Windows environment including Outlook and VMS

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
