Rental Supervisor - Daybreak (Part-time)

At CCMC, our The Rental Supervisor will respond to member rentals and guests with a high level of energy providing professional, respectful service while performing a variety of membership service support duties.

The Rental Supervisor (RS) is a Part-Time position, working as part of the CCMC team, delivering professional customer service to create a welcoming environment for all SpringHouse and Daybreak residents renting the event spaces at SpringHouse Clubhouse. Under the direct supervision of the Lifestyle Director and SpringHouse Community Manager, the RS will be the first point of contact for the rental group on the date of rental.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Open and close facilities, based upon shift work times, per Standard Operating Procedures, respectively
• Circulates throughout the building throughout the entirety of the rental period to ensure the safety of users and security of the clubhouse and surrounding amenities (i.e., pickleball, pool/spa, etc.)
• Ensure members of the rental group stay within the boundaries of their assigned rental space
• May act as manager on duty (MOD) if assigned
• Provides a great experience by assisting the rental group with needs and requests, equipment knowledge (A/V and Lighting), and assistance, cleaning/sanitizing equipment after member use as may be needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be adaptable, have high ownership, and strong work ethic
• Commitment to shared accountability, teamwork, and creative leadership
• Must possess and demonstrate an ability to interact positively with people
• Must be able to perform several duties simultaneously and take the initiative to solve rental group problems
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in accordance with location volume and events
• All potential employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record, physical and background check prior to employment
