Job Description
The Regional VP will identify, create and build trusting relationships with prospects while sponsoring interaction and networking to establish new opportunities within the area. The Regional VP will build relationships with potential developer and association clients and assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific Association Boards including; pricing and/or pricing comparisons, proposal writing, association presentations and contract negotiations. The position is responsible for developing programs and systems to support strategic direction and align business plans with organizational objectives. This position will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will serve as a member of the executive team.

- Evaluate designated markets and develop a strategic growth approach to target Associations that best fit the Odevo management profile for sales presentations.
- Establish initial meetings and make introductory presentations regarding the services offered by Odevo for Associations.
- Work with the operational teams in the designated market to assist in full presentations
- Work with the Odevo operational teams in the designated market to assist in smooth and continue to maintain positive relationships with the association boards.
- Become knowledgeable about the association industry, including the professionals, vendors, and organizations who serve it and establish appropriate relationships with them for knowledge and referral of properties looking for new management and opportunities to return referrals.
- Evaluate designated association markets for marketing of Odevo services. Including, but not limited to: participation in tradeshows, networking groups, conducting webinars, Professional Seminars and industry specific events.
- Participate in formulating standard/routine proposals or requests for RFPs for Associations seeking new management.
- Track and report on the status of all sales activities using the sales reporting tools provided
- Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company’s operations.
- Develop and direct the management of the client to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify any issues that may lead to the client terminating the contract.
- Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenues.
- Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
The position will require someone to work in a variety of different environments, such as an office (primarily) and it will require the incumbent to drive to different events and properties.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required lift objects up to 25 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt, position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related degree is required
- At least five years’ experience in industry business development and/or association industry related arena
- A good understanding of high-rise and HOA management; Large focus on acquiring amenitized style properties.
- Experience with proposal, pricing and contract processes.
- Must possess strong managerial background; minimum four (4) years of experience in Operations Management
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, financial statements/audits, regulations or documents with a similar degree of complexity.
- Must be proficient and have a good working understanding of the latest technologies
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and ability to travel in your own vehicle
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
