RHOME (Associa’s Residential Rental Property Management Company) is currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Continuous Improvement for its residential management portfolios.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, recruit, train, manage and motivate a team of Rental Branch Managers who oversee day-to-day field operations as part of the overall product delivery of 3rd party, for-fee, property management of single family and vacation rental properties;
  • Ensure each Branch Manager has specific plans and measureable goals in the following categories:
    • Business Development (Organic Growth Focus)
    • Client Retention
    • Operations Structure and Customer Service Delivery
    • Financial Management
  • Work closely with Associa Rentals Executive team to set and drive key performance initiatives for Region;
  • Responsible for ongoing talent development and achievement of branch improvement plans;
  • Actively monitor regional performance against plans and initiate appropriate action;
  • This position reports to the National Director of Property Management

 

Requirements

 

Education/ Experience Required:

 

  • 10+ years Property Management Industry experience;
  • College Degree preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong aptitude as well as proven track record in effective decision making and problem solving;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize critical items moment to moment;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong listening skills including customer service and teamwork orientation with the ability to empathize and provide personal coaching to staff;
  • Significant Business Development, Service Delivery, and Financial Management experience;
  • Proven ability to achieve results through leading others;
  • Travel involved
