Summary

The Regional Manager, in partnership with the Vice President and regional leadership team, will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, personally managing accounts, ensuring client retention, and operational excellence within the specified region. Additionally, they will provide oversight to designated Managers who may be in various offices/locations as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This role will supervise the assigned Community Manager, Senior/Lead Manager and support staff

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support marketing presentations, sales calls, and client follow-ups under the direction of leadership.
  • Assist with operational consulting and the setup of new communities, including budget reviews and staff training.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and lead generation goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and Manager transitions.
  • Personally manage client accounts until business volume supports hiring additional staff.
  • Maintain proactive account management, addressing client concerns and building strong relationships.
  • Participate in Board Leadership Seminars and monitor market trends for growth opportunities.

General Management And Property Supervision

  • Oversee Managers to ensure adherence to company systems, procedures, and client contracts.
  • Build relationships with client board members, attending meetings to ensure client retention.
  • Act as a liaison for unresolved owner/resident complaints.
  • Support long-term planning, budgeting, and performance evaluations for Managers.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and assistance to Managers, filling in during absences when needed.

Initiatives And Programs

  • Participate in planning and delivering Manager education programs.
  • Assist in implementing new programs and procedures.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the community association management industry. Familiarity with portfolio and urban business is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and utilize Action’s property management software.
  • Keen knowledge of association budgets and the budgeting process.
  • Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, and association governing documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
  • CMCA designation or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
  • Valid California driver’s license and valid automobile insurance.
