Summary: The Regional Manager of Onsites is responsible for establishing and overseeing Large Scale Communities, onsite General Management, communicating with the wider company and clients, aligning our properties with the company’s mission and vision. Works with management-level employees, team members, and other internal and external functions to coordinate goals, operations, and plans. Manages and oversees the needs of onsite communities and determines ways to meet business objectives. The incumbent will ensure operations run smoothly in a manner consistent with current business needs and manage how to efficiently meet future business needs costs effectively. This position reports to the Vice President of Onsites.

Requirements

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implements strategies that promote the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
  • Participates in outside committees such as CAI, CACM, etc.
  • Meets with General Managers on a monthly basis to review budgets and financials prior to any upcoming board meetings as directed by the Vice President of Large Scale Community Management.
  • Maintains a positive, cohesive work environment to attract, develop, and retain top level leaders throughout the organization.
  • Develops and fosters relationships with key clients and new business.
  • Periodically attends Board of Directors meetings of managed Large Scale Communities to evaluate performance, ascertain needs, and builds a rapport with current Board Members.
  • Interacts with developer clients to ensure proper account management and effective client communication.
  • Commits to attend all company meetings and events.
  • Commutes to and manages Large Scale onsite communities as needed.
  • Practices and adheres to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualification Requirements

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean MVR.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Maintains a positive attitude remaining consistent despite challenging situations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client service.
  • Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with all levels internally and externally in the company.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to train, educate, and mentor the team effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starting personality with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to act with discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Strong professional business presence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as learning proprietary software efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent influencing, collaboration, and conflict management skills.

Education And/or Experience

  • Has a minimum of 8-10 years of Large Scale/Onsite Community Management experience.
  • Has experience in complex Large Scale/Onsite Gated Communities with numerous clubhouses, golf courses, and active adult community living greater than 2,000+ units.
  • Experience interfacing with Senior Leadership and Board Clients.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or management related field preferred.
