Recreational Attendant (Part time)

Job Description

Associa is hiring a part time Recreation Attendant for his community in Haymarket.

Work Hours:

2-3 shifts a week to includeweekday evening shifts, weekend day shifts, weekend evening shifts.

Hours:

Mon. through Fri., 5pm-9pm

Sat. and Sun. 7am-2pm or 2pm-9pm.

Flexible to work 2-3 evening shifts during the week and on weekends between 7am-9pm.

Daily responsibilities:

• First point of contact in the Club House.
• Meet and greet homeowners, guests, visitors, and contractors.
• Research and respond to inquired.
• Answer and direct calls.
• Data entry, fax, and file documents.
• Respond to questions related to the Clubhouse and community events.
• Monitor activities in and outside the Clubhouse.
• Walk and inspect the Clubhouse for cleanliness.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Report findings to the GM.
• Other duties as requested.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 1+years of customer service or recreation assistant experience.
• Professional communication skills (written and spoken).
• Customer service driven and team oriented.
• Attached to detail and strong follow up skills.
