Job Description

Part time Recreational Attendant opening at our community in Berlin, MD.

25 hours a week

9am - 5pm

Flexible schedule,Monday - Friday and Saturday and Sunday

Candidate must be able to work weekends

Daily responsibilities:

• Walk Recreational Center to include Clubhouse, fitness center, game room, indoor and outdoor pool and tennis court areas.
• Ensure areas are clean and well-stocked
• Greet and interact with homeowners, residents, and guests.
• Respond to questions.
• Issue swipe cards.
• Provide superior level of customer service with attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma is required.
• 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communications skills, spoken and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Punctual, on time, reliable, and dependable.
• Takes ownership, initiative, attention to detail, and a team player.
• Ability to work week days and on weekends.
