Job Description
The Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist infunctions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.
This is a PART TIME role where flexibility, reliability, excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are required. Hours are approximately 15-20 hours/week, to include evening and weekend work.
Duties include:
- Managing multi-line phone system
- Greeting, assisting, and responding to residents and guests questions
- Providing administrative support including copying, scanning, faxing and filing
- Monitoring activity both within and outside the Clubhouse.
Example of shift hours are as follows:
- Monday - Friday - 5pm-9pm
- Saturday - 7am-2pm or2pm-9pm
- Sunday - 8am-1pm or1pm-6pm
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent).
