Overview of Role:

Recreation Staff associates are the face of our Lifestyle Department at the properties we support. These treasured associates consistently interact with both residents and guests, and as a result, develop meaningful relationships that enhance the quality of our work. Most of our recreation staff associates work independently, with and without direct supervision.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills in addition to being detailed oriented and able to multitask. This opportunity takes place at one of our HOA properties Association of Poinciana Villages.

What you will be doing? (Some of your main responsibilities include):

• Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees
• Answers and routes phone calls
• Monitoring and controlling access to the Pool area, Fitness Center, Basketball area, Concession Stand, Indoor events, etc.
• Work all lifestyle events assigned.
• Handling & distributing pertinent literature.
• Accepts payments for events, activities and certain dues.
• Keep area neat.
• Handles cash drawer following established cash handling procedures.
• Follows safety procedures and strives to maintain a safe work environment.

Schedules: Rotating schedule due to being open 7 days a week.
