Our Recreation Associates work with residents from every walk of life and help ensure their experience is truly memorable. In this role, you will be helping the Lifestyle team make sure their events start and end as smoothly as possible. This position is all about the resident experience and is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is interested in the event planning field.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Provide operational support for the Shores Resort and Lagoon including inventory, recreational items, crafts etc.
• Preparing recreation program set-up for fitness classes and instructed courses and day-to-day activities including private rentals
• Under the leadership of the Lifestyle Director organize a variety of recreation programs, classes and special events
• Acts as a mentor and leader to other team members at the Shores Resort
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Ability to work outdoors as needed in a variety of conditions, stand for long periods of time, and lift 25 pounds
• Flexibility, schedules can vary from week to week depending on events
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
