Associa is currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Sierra North team in Reno, NV.The position requires an individual that is well-spoken, customer service-oriented, and can multi-task at a quick pace. The primary duties for the role is to direct all incoming calls and walk-in clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.

How you will make an impact:
- Professionally greet and direct all visitors.
- Professionally answer the phone and direct all calls accordingly.
- Assist with special administrative projects.
- Manage conference room calendars.
- Screen incoming general messages within email and phone mail systems and distribute accordingly.
- Assist with mail handling per client and company policies.
- Ensure that lobby area is kept neat and clean at all times.
- Manage mail and office supplies.
- General administrative support as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 1 – 3 years of related administration, customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
- Professional customer service skills
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level
- Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.)
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms
- Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
