Job Description

Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking a Receptionist for a busy and fast paced Homeowners Association in Homosassa, FL. This position will work directly with the Management Team, fielding most inquiries by phone, walk-in, email, or other correspondence. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to learn the business fundamentals and further their experience in the Communication Association industry. The position is full-time (Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm) with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

 

Job Duties:

· Provide clerical support to include but not limited to answering telephones, emails, photocopying, and data entry.

· Receive and welcome all residents and visitors to the office.

· Document uploads to document imaging management software.

· Assist residents with questions posted by phone, email or face-to-face.

· Assist with meeting packet preparation.

· Maintain the community bulletin board, job board, set-up conference room, etc.

· Greet residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

· Provide information, directions, and assistance to residents and guests.

· Handle inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate person.

· Generate Work Orders/Service Request and follow up with residents/staff

· Maintain files and reports on various computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and management software.

· Assist in other tasks or projects as requested by management or other employees.

· Performs other administrative or office duties as required or as assigned.

· Any additional duties assigned by the manager or association.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational skills

· Proficient and working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Work, Excel, and Outlook)

· Ability to work independently or as a team member.

· Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

· Ability to meet stringent deadlines.

· Time management and a diligent work ethic.

 

Working Conditions

This position typically operates in a professional office or residential environment. Availability to work Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

 

Salary Description
