Job Description
Receptionist needed for Community Management Office.
- We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have a friendly easy-going personality, a customer-oriented approach is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Entry-level position responsible for day-to-day activities such as:
- Handle multi-line phone, screen, assist and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Data input, including notations, scanning & uploading documents.
- Assist AR department with estoppel verification, coupon ordering, billing and payment questions.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
- Ability to handle large number of tasks at one time while wearing multiple hats.
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
- Consistently creating a positive work environment by being team-oriented and client focused.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum One (1) Year Experience In Professional Office Required.
Dependable and reliable able to work scheduled hours.
Must be detail-oriented with ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and workflow.
Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communications.
Able to work independently as well as in team environment.
Proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Driver’s License required.
Bilingual a plus but not required.
Community Management office knowledge a plus but not required.
Employment - Full-time M-F 8:30-5:30PM
Compensation - $15.00 per hour
