RECEPTIONIST - HOAMCO (Albuquerque, NM)

HOAMCO is seeking a full-time Receptionist for our Albuquerque, westside office. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, professional, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. As the first contact with our clients and guests, providing excellent customer service is of the utmost importance. This position will encompass both reception front desk duties and additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of reception/administrative experience is preferred.
  • Dependable, reliable attendance is key in this role.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills; excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Must be committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Outgoing, friendly and helpful personality is a must for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing front entrance area.
  • Greeting all visitors/homeowners to determine their immediate needs.
  • Answering a multi-line phone system.
  • Clerical/administrative support as assigned.

Selected candidate will be asked to complete skills testing with us prior to being hired.

Background and drug screening is required for selected candidate.
