Job Description
Taylor Management Company is looking for a friendly and efficient receptionist to join our team. As a residential management company, we provide services to condominium and homeowner associations throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Accredited as an AAMC and AMO, we are committed to providing the highest level of professional management services to each individual community. Our full-service approach requires a receptionist who can provide excellent customer service to our clients, residents, and community members. As a receptionist at Taylor Management, you will be the first point of contact with our company and will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction. Hours are Part-time at 24 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Operate the telephone switchboard and route calls to the appropriate person or department
- Greet and direct visitors, contractors, and prospective residents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Create and manage daily schedules for board meetings, staff meetings, and appointments
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when supplies are low
- Assist with the preparation of board meeting packets
- Perform general office duties like filing, copying, and scanning
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a filing system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
