Position Summary
Greet and assist AAM customers and employees within the Corporate Office via telephone and in person meetings, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Greet incoming visitors and facilitate their needs
- Manage the front reception area, greeting guests, announcing guest arrival to appropriate party
- Accept walk in homeowner payments
- Monitors pickups/deliveries
- Maintain conference room calendars
- Assign items received through the Admin Inbox to the correct employee
- Empty out exception folder by correcting and dropping items into ARI
- Perform monthly Audit task from Accounting
- Perform other related duties as directed
