We have a new and unique opportunity to blend your maintenance know how skills with office proficiency knowledge as our Property/Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain, monitor, and repair building elements.
• Communicate with the association's contractors.
• Assist the Community manager with completing resident requests in a timely manner.
• Work with the Board of Directors regarding basic maintenance tasks.
• Inspection of the building, grounds, and public areas
• Order adequate parts and equipment for corrective maintenance of vital systems
• Prep all association buildings for cold weather treatments
  
  

Requirements

Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair terminology. General knowledge of office protocals.
