Job Description

We have a new and unique opportunity to blend your maintenance know how skills with office proficiency knowledge as our Property/Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain, monitor, and repair building elements.
- Communicate with the association's contractors.
- Assist the Community manager with completing resident requests in a timely manner.
- Work with the Board of Directors regarding basic maintenance tasks.
- Inspection of the building, grounds, and public areas
- Order adequate parts and equipment for corrective maintenance of vital systems
- Prep all association buildings for cold weather treatments
Requirements
Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair terminology. General knowledge of office protocals.
