Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Wellington, FL. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential communities, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of properties, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and addressing resident inquiries and concerns. They will also be responsible for managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and enforcing community policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Property management, vendor coordination, and contract management experience
- Budget management and financial reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in property management software and technology
- Knowledge of residential community regulations and policies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- 5 years experience in property management and large on-site HOA experince is a must
Salary range $110,000-$130,000
