CAMCO Property Management is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our team in Doylestown, PA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000, depending on experience. As a property manager, you will be responsible to oversee and lead properties managed by CAMCO and their associations to achieve collective objectives. Essential skills include property management, project management, time management, and exceptional customer service. Availability for some evening work and quick responses to urgent matters may be necessary.

  • This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience managing properties within the condominium sector.
  • Proficiency in overseeing HOA and condominium operations is a fundamental requirement for this position.
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management are essential skills needed to successfully manage multiple associations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for productive interactions with stakeholders in this role.
  • Candidates applying for the Property Manager position must have US work authorization.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Listen attentively to inquiries and feedback, exhibiting professionalism and composure during all interactions.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence.
  • Efficiently manage time to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Showcase exceptional problem-solving skills when analyzing different scenarios.
  • Stay informed on state regulatory agency statutes and community documents pertinent to each client.
  • Analyze financial reports and aid in creating an Annual Budget aligned with CAMCO deadlines.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget completion of property improvement and construction projects by overseeing them effectively.
  • Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff when necessary.
  • Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors.
  • Lead Board meetings and prepare a comprehensive management report before each meeting.
