Associa is currently looking for an experienced Multifamily/Apartment Property Manager to join our Rhome team at SPM Residential Services in Wilmington, NC. TheProperty Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of their multifamily portfolio and will ensure the investment is well maintained and the owner’s financial and operational goals are achieved.

- Overseeing daily operations of assigned properties to optimize resident satisfaction.
- Implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies for maximum occupancy and rental income.
- Supervising vendors and repair activities to ensure well-maintained properties.
- Conducting regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, including move in and move out inspections.
- Collaborating with vendors for quality services and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Ensuring the Owner’s financial and operational goals are achieved.
- In-depth knowledge of multifamily property management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
