Job Description

Interested in joining a growing company and using your experience to make an impact? Associa is currently looking for an experienced Multifamily/Apartment Property Manager to join our Rhome team at SPM Residential Services in Wilmington, NC. TheProperty Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of their multifamily portfolio and will ensure the investment is well maintained and the owner’s financial and operational goals are achieved.

How will you make an impact?

The Property Manager helps the company grow by:

• Overseeing daily operations of assigned properties to optimize resident satisfaction.
• Implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies for maximum occupancy and rental income.
• Supervising vendors and repair activities to ensure well-maintained properties.
• Conducting regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, including move in and move out inspections.
• Collaborating with vendors for quality services and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Ensuring the Owner’s financial and operational goals are achieved.
  
  

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of multifamily property management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Minimum 3 years of apartment management experience.
• North Carolina real estate broker license is required.If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your license within 3 months.
