Who we need:

We are looking for an experienced Condominium General Manager to oversee a 130-unit luxury community on the Boston Waterfront.

What you will do:

Oversee the day-to-day operation for a Master Association (Residences and Primary/Master). The position will report to two distinct Boards. It includes but is not limited to supervision of 20+ service staff, including concierge, door attendants, runners, facilities manager. Prepare and oversee annual operating budgets. The General Manager will foster positive relationships with the building residents and Board of Trustees. Ensure that building services are consistently delivered to residents. Negotiate building service contracts. Ensure the timely and professional maintenance of common areas. Prepare and present monthly reports for Board meetings.

What we are looking for:

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in condominium property management
• CPM or PCAM Designation a plus
