Property Inspector - part time (NCA2023-5130)

Part Time Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company.

Job duties will include driving properties throughout area, documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood.

Plus other tasks as needed

• Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.
• Flexible schedule

Compensation is per hour plus mileage reimbursement. Full benefits package available after 60 days of employment.

Pay = $22.00 to $24.00 hour + mileage
