Currently seeking a full-time HOA Property Inspector to enforce governing documents, rules and guidelines for multiple Community Associations.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
$17.00 to $19.00 + mileage, depending on education and experience.

Currently seeking a full-time HOA Property Inspector to enforce governing documents, rules and guidelines for multiple Community Associations.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Daily compliance tours of HOA communities
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner files
- Provide positive communication with homeowners by telephone and email
- Investigate and follow-up on complaints and concerns from homeowners
- Pluss other work related tasks as needed
- Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
- Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
- Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.
$17.00 to $19.00 + mileage, depending on education and experience.
