Job Description

This is a Temporary Seasonal Positionlocated onsite at Sandestin Harbour Pointe.

Start Date :5.15.23

End Date:9.8.23

General:Be available to answer questions and attend to the areas below. Be friendly and attentive to the guests’ needs.

Pool:

• Check pool guests for wrist bands.
• Make sure bathrooms are clean and stocked.
• Notify Property Manager/Pool Vendor of any pool maintenance issues.
• Notify Property Manager of any gate issues.
• Enforce posted pool rules.
• Make sure the pool deck is free of trash, pets, and other objects.
  
  

Property:

• Pick up any trash on property.
• Monitor the Trash Pick-up areas to make sure guests bag their trash for pickup.
• Check the Golf Cart Areas to make sure GFI covers are closed.
• Check the golf Cart Area to make sure the cords are on their hook.
• Check the Golf Cart Area is free of trash.
• Monitor the number of people on rear decks and report to property manager.
• Walk the Sea Walls to make sure there are no issues or trash.
  
  

Weekly:Wipe out the 30 landscape lights.
