Project Manager - High Rise Construction

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide needed design, architectural, engineering, and cost estimating services
• Prepare detailed project schedules and phasing
• Obtain vendor/ contractor bids and provide recommendations to the Board
• Provide regular progress, budget and schedule reports to Board
• Manage and monitor vendors/ contractors engaged in conducting work, including but not limited to full-time supervision, project management and inspection of work, review and recommending actions on change orders and contractor payments, final inspection, and governmental approvals
• Participation in Board and Committee meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience in collaborating with Condominium Board of Directors
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Experience in leading project teams
• Project experience in high-rise environments
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
