Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of a project, a role offering significant growth and development opportunities. Depending on the company's size and the project, you may oversee a small or large team and be directly responsible for some project work. The Project Management Specialist serves as the point of contact for the client or customer, answering questions and providing updates. Within their team, the project management specialist assigns tasks and monitors progress while making suggestions for improvement and facilitating the project's timely completion. The Project Manager’s job is to ensure all completed work complies with company and client standards, taking action if any standards are not met. They supervise and participate in all aspects of research, development, production, and follow-up for the projects under their supervision. This role is not just about managing projects but also about your personal and professional growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assign responsibilities and identify key people for information transfer.
  • Monitor, adjust the schedule, and summarize project progress.
  • Coordinate and complete projects, setting deadlines and summarizing responsibilities.
  • Identify risks, mitigation plans, technical reviews, and budget strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 – 5 years of directly related or closely related experience.
  • Industry Specific Certification.
  • Location Specific License.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) proficiently.
  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
  • Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to interpret verbal and/or written instructions proficiently.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Project management at a proficient level.
  • Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
