Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a variety of transformative project initiatives

for Associa. The Project Manager to support projects related to real estate and branch office

transformations. This position will make an impact by leveraging and enhancing existing

methodology and governance to successfully drive transformation projects to closure.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

 Supports methodology compliance and deliverable and milestone management processes for

multiple projects.

 Develops and maintains robust project work plans.

 Provides insights and value-added services to project teams in adopting, using, and

understanding project management practices.

 Manages the administration of general meetings, setting and driving agendas, and documenting

and following up on outcomes when applicable.

 Performs risk and issue tracking & reporting, status gathering, and report development.

 Responsible for identification of revised scope requests or enhancements and proper change

control management.

 Manage the relocation, renovation or consolidation of corporate leased facilities.

 Manage complex office moves including office relocations coordinating with local managers,

moving, and telecommunications vendors.

 Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.

 Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.)

at a proficient level.

 Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.

 Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).

 Professional customer service skills.

 Project management at an expert level.

Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.

 Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.

 Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Education and Experience

 Bachelors Degree Required

 5 – 7 years of directly related or closely related experience

Certifications or Licenses

 Industry Specific Certification
