Job Description

CINC is a fully integrated cloud-based homeowners’ association accounting and property management software system. The organization develops accounting and management software solutions that support the running of the day to day activities of Homeowner and Condominium Associations.

CINC Systems is a fully integrated cloud-based association accounting and property management software system. It’s the largest SaaS player in its space and is growing rapidly.

In Fall 2019, CINC received significant investment from Spectrum Equity, a well-respected growth equity fund that has invested in the likes of (url removed), SurveyMonkey, Origami Risk, Grubhub, (url removed) and GoodRX.

Following that investment, CINC has bolstered its executive team and made significant hires across the company.

CINC is seeking a Product Manager to join the growing team at our Duluth office. The Product Manager is responsible for planning, executing and finalizing solutions related to new and existing products, modules and services. The candidate will manage the product development life cycle from start to finish.

Job Duties

Works collaboratively with the Executive team to define, develop and manage a vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the CINC and AI platforms that supports the goals and strategy of the business and reflects market intelligence and customer needs.

Works collaboratively with all client-facing teams to ensure the product meets the needs of the customers and to source new product ideas/requirements.

Manages the product lifecycle of new products, features or enhancements in an agile development environment.

Manages backlog and sprints to deliver on commitments in the product roadmap.

Works with internal and external stakeholders to bring structure to complex project-based processes and bring increased efficiency in the delivery of features and enhancements and in turn, enhanced client satisfaction.

Participates in the development of requirements and user stories/acceptance criteria that outline revisions or additional features of existing products, and the conception of new products. Completes market research to identify trends and/or needs of targeted clients/customers.

Analyzes and compares competitor's product lines in relation to the organization's current offerings. Develops strategies for competitive positioning to increase sales and promotions.

Works with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization.

Works with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that ensure successful launch and commercialization of new products and features.

Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases.

Works with Development to research and prototype innovative technologies and products.

Serves as a liaison between other departments for the purposes of gathering client/customer feedback and disseminating information pertaining to the status of product development.

Leads major releases and ensures feature enhancements respond to customer requests.

Responsible for product delivery, managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, accounting, or similar fields, and have 4 or more years of SaaS product management/product owner experience. Must have experience succeeding in an agile development environment. Experience managing accounting software, banking software, property management software, mobile apps, and/or payments is a plus.

Analytical thinking and strategy development skills. Project management skills. Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus. Experience managing sprints with Jira is a plus.
