Job Description

The Administrative Office Associate requires an individual that is internal customer-oriented and

can prioritize and multi-task at a quick pace. The primary duties for the Administrative Office Associate are to receive, and process print jobs, incoming and outgoing mail, scan, file, as well as assist with other administrative tasks

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitor and inventory Supplies
  • Managing client electronic and hardcopy records
  • Annual Filings
  • Process new owner welcome packets
  • Track HO6 insurance
  • Mailing taxes
  • Change of addresses and returned mail
  • Vaulting and e-filing of various documents
  • Process print jobs, scanning and faxing
  • Other tasks as required

Requirements

High School diploma or GED Required

  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience Typical office environment
  • Overtime may be required
  • Need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Work is performed in a climate-controlled office without exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, temperature, and noise extremes, machinery, vibrations, electric currents, traffic hazards, toxic agents, violence, disease, or pathogenic substances.
