Action is seeking an experienced Portfolio Senior Community Manager to join our Orange County Portfolio Team. This position is a hybrid role based out of the Irvine corporate office.

Salary:

$70,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience. Monthly auto allowance and monthly cell phone reimbursement provided.

Job Summary:

Portfolio Community Managers generally manage 4 to 6 communities and are provided dedicated support from key departments. This allows our Community Managers to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses our client's expectations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 - 5 years of HOA portfolio management experience. More experienced Managers are encouraged to apply.
• Must be available for evening Board Meetings
• CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
  
  

Skills/Qualifications:

• Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
• Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.
